If you really knew me-
If you really knew me,
You'd know I look as happy as can be,
I smile, I laugh,
The opposite of gaffe,
But deep down,
I'm not the class clown.
I suffer, I hurt,
And feel like dirt.
My smile is rehearsed and fake,
Deep down no one sees my heart ache.
My parent's divorced and the age of three,
Meaning I could no longer be free.
Choose me, no me!
Who's it gonna be?
Mom who loves you with all her heart?
Or dad who you never wish to be apart?
Choose one or the other,
Father or Mother?
You'd know: that my mom got remarried.
And for nine months she carried,
My little brother, a loveable child,
